Emma Wilson FCA BFP
Managing Director
Emma founded Bailey Wilson in 2010 and has 30 years’ experience in the industry. Initially starting up her own practice in 2010 to build around her life as a young mum, the business has grown, going from strength to strength.
Emma has worked in both small and large practices as well as industry, and spent 3 years on the Board of Vela Technologies PLC, a company listed on AIM. She has a wealth of skill and experience to assist clients.
As the Managing Director, Emma oversees the running of the practice and has a plethora of knowledge and expertise which has allowed her to build a strong reputation for Bailey Wilson. Emma has a can do attitude and loves working with her clients to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Emma is a mum of two boys, Adam and Jacob but they both know her favourite is her cocker spaniel Bronte!! In her free time she loves nothing more than supporting her boys with their passions meaning she is either exploring nature with Jacob and his trusty camera or cheering Adam on at the side of a football pitch.

Katy Lloyd ACA BFP
Director
Katy joined Bailey Wilson in August 2015 looking to forge a career in accountancy.
Katy was our first Chartered Accountancy student and successfully finished her ICAEW studies and Level 7 apprenticeship in October 2020 and was appointed Director in July 2023.
Katy looks after the internal operations of the practice as well as offering expert guidance and support in the transactional side of clients businesses, ensuring they meet their obligations for taxation matters.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys travelling and walking.

Debbie Marklew
Assistant Manager
Debbie joined Bailey Wilson in March 2023 and is a reliable pair of hands in our business support services department.
Debbie is a bookkeeping whizz and ensures all of our bookkeeping and VAT clients are well looked after.
Outside of work Debbie is kept busy with her dogs and likes to explore the UK in her camper van!
Joe Hall AATQB
Payroll & Small Business Advisor
Joe has been a part of the Bailey Wilson team since November 2020 and completed his level 4 apprenticeship with us.
Joe oversees our payroll bureau function and is always on hand to help with all things payroll.
Joe is a keen cricketer and even keener football fan, regularly attending Leeds United football matches across the country!
Louie Wilkinson
Apprentice Accountant
Louie joined Bailey Wilson in 2023 and is studying the AAT qualification.
Louie supports Emma with year end accounts and taxation matters and is enjoying learning about accountancy and gaining valuable hands on experience alongside his studies.
Louie is a football fan who supports Bradford City, referees for local junior teams, and also plays cricket for Steeton.
Leanne Neary
Office Manager
Leanne joined the team in March 2024 and is our office manager.
Leanne deals with the day-to-day tasks ensuring that staff and clients are well looked after. She is usually the first person you will encounter when you call or pop into the office.
Leanne is a busy mum of 3 and likes to spend time outside with her family and in her spare time enjoys reading and cocktails, preferably next to a pool!
Aileen Bailey
Executive Assistant
Aileen joined the team in 2022 when she retired from the NHS.
Aileen looks after our internal accounts, invoicing and team morale!
She loves to bake us all treats and if you happen to come in on a Friday there is likely to be something nice on the side of your coffee!
